OMERO is a consortium of universities, research labs, industry and developers producing open-source software and format standards for microscopy data. Further information about use of the database and details of how to get an account contact micron@bioch.ox.ac.uk.

How do I learn to use OMERO?

If you would like to start using OMERO please contact micron@bioch.ox.ac.uk or learn more on the OME

Is my data safe?

All data stored on our OMERO is backed up regularly on servers and by tape-robot.
